LIZZY BON

Lizzy Bon competed successfully up to 1.35m with an amateur at top venues in Western Canada such as Thunderbird Show Park, Spruce Meadows, and Milner Downs.  Lizzy Bon's dam, Margaux, was purchased from Stal Hendrix in the Netherlands.  After being imported to Canada, Margaux competed at 1.40m, also with an amateur, before becoming a broodmare for Thunderbird Show Stables.

 

Lizzy Bon has produced three foals and is now enjoying retirement.  Lizzy Bon has stamped her offspring with athleticism, blood, carefulness, and beauty.  Her first foal, a colt by Le Primeur, tragically passed away due to a pasture accident at only four months old.  Lizzy Bon's second foal, a colt by Bliss MF, is proving to be a competitor in the show ring, placing in both hunters and jumpers.  Born in 2017, we are looking forward to seeing all that he accomplishes in the future.  Her third and final foal, a colt by Emerald van't Ruytershof, was lightly started under saddle in the summer of 2021.
