STRATEGIST BSR

Strategist BSR (barn name: Ego) is a top show jumping prospect.  His sire, Emerald van't Ruytershof, has had a brilliant career including competing at the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio and many Nations Cup and Grand Prixes wins.  Emerald is by Diamant de Semilly and out of a Carthago mare.  These two stallions are well-known for their own achievements as well as for producing so many successful show jumpers.  Ego's dam, Lizzy Bon, brings Libero H, Nimmerdor, and Irco Marco blood into the mix - all very successful stallions in sport and in producing sport horses.  With such a star-studded pedigree, Ego should excel as a show jumper.

Ego was lightly started in the summer of 2021.  He demonstrated an easy-going attitude, natural balance, and a sensible temperament.  He took everything in stride and was unfazed by the busy barn environment.  Ego is currently enjoying the winter off before returning to work later this year.
